"Room was nice and quiet. We had handicapped walk in shower with seat and hand held sprayer. My husband wanted to take the shower home with us--excellent water pressure and hot water. Bed was comfortable. We slept great. We specifically requested a hotel with pool. Well, it has a pool but not a drop of water in it! We were informed it was out of service all summer. Very disappointed! Go elsewhere if you want a pool."

(Didn't know the check in process) We called the phone number in the email acknowledgement, left msg, Joel called back immediately and sent us the access codes needed via text; then he followed up to make sure everything was good."
