"The house was adorable and the view was amazing. It was a great size for our girls trip. We didn’t get to use the fire pit or kayaks because we ran out of time but def next time! Our only complaint was that the water smelled metal-ish but I think that’s to be expected with a lake house. Would def stay again!"

"The trailer home was just right for us! The common area was very spacious and modern looking. Would recommend adding a side chair or recliner for more seating. The kitchen was well appointed. The home isn’t in what most people would think as a trailer park. It seemed to be as a regular neighborhood, quiet and good proximity to downtown.We enjoyed the fire pit too. Price was very reasonable."

"Excellent place; well equipped, comfortable, really enjoyed the fire pit, kayaks, lakeside seating, screen porch, loved the location for all our excursions. The USER name provided for the wi-fi was incorrect. We eventually figured out the ATT network that came up was the one to use. We then could use the password. We would love to stay again sometime. "Overall it was a great stay. We mostly cooked at the property and enjoyed copious lawn games by the lake. However, the listing is somewhat deceptive in that they say it is 4 bedrooms, but the fourth room is really just a loft with no wall for audio separation from the living room / kitchen."

This property has a nice beautiful lake right infront of it and the house was genuinely so clean and comfortable for me and my family!! "Had a great stay at this property with my husband and our 2 college-age kids. Unfortunately during our visit in early Aug, it was so hot we didn’t make use of the hot tub, firepit, or the (separate bldg) game room … but thankfully the a/c in the house was fabulous! And we’d love to come back; this place would be *amazing* in fall!Loved watching the butterflies, the birds, and the shallow (thigh high) / CLEAR river flowing by in the early mornings, while sitting with our coffee on the deck. It was pretty amazing at night too, under string lights and stars! (We were hoping to fall asleep to the sound of the river … but a/c won out. On nice nights w/ windows open though, it would be lovely!)Kids also loved tubing (found 5 large tubes in the game room.) We dropped them 2 ish miles up the road at Shumsky’s Canoe Launch, they had a relaxing float down the river for 1 hr 15 min, and they ended the adventure by simply hopping out right at our backyard! SUPER comfortable king bed in master, nice bed linens, nice new kitchen appliances, kitchen had all the basics. Location is a little secluded (house is on a long gravel drive pretty far off main road and it’s about 15 min to downtown TC) … but tonis, the gorgeous setting in nature was totally worth it. Highly recommend!"
