"I booked this hotel in the last minute when we arrive The receptionist very nice very Easy to get into my room. The reception walk with us to the room and explain how everything is. Price was excellent. 2 blocks to the beach restaurant. Excellent we tried pasta primavera with red sauce and also with Alfredo sauce. Also, Fried Fish sEverything was good. I highly recommended."

"Enjoyed my stay very much; however, with the mosquitoes and sand fleas typical of Caribbean tropical islands, providing bug zappers for the patios, and complimentary bug spray/lotion would’ve been a nice touch. The attached dive shop was able to arrange dives with other dive shops if there weren’t enough divers going out on any particular day, or night dive from their shop. Their dive staff and equipment, including boats, were top notch."

"Aunque la propiedad no está remodelada, se encuentra en un excelente estado de conservación. Aunque la propiedad no cuenta con varias opciones para almorzar o comer, la calidad de la comida es excelente así como la calidad del servicio del personal. Destacamos además la ubicación de la propiedad con acceso directo a la playa y arrecife lo cual hace que la experiencia sea excelente en ese sentido. Además está cerca de una zona donde se encuentran varios comercios donde se pueden cubrir necesidades puntuales que aparezcan durante el viaje. Detalles a pulir: - el Gym necesita inversión. - estar más pendientes de la limpieza en la parte exterior de las habitaciones que dan acceso al elevador y la escalera. Información que podría ser útil a futuros viajeros: aunque Honduras y Centroamérica suelen ser destinos económicos, los precios en la propiedad, propiedades cercanas y la zona (West Bay y West End), son similares y no en pocas ocasiones, superiores a los que encuentras en US o Europa."

"The Placita Inn is a gem! It is very clean and comfortable. What makes it amazing is the staff. Everyone, starting with the ladies at the front desk - Jasmine and Kimberly- the manager, the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff. They were always helpful and friendly and treated us like family. We will definitely go back!"

"Great location, very close to the beach! Everything was clean, and the staff was always kind, friendly, and welcoming. If you’re interested in practicing freediving, the reef is only about a 5-minute walk away, which was perfect for us. As a vegan, I would have loved to see more plant-based protein options, but there was still a good variety of salads and fresh fruit to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."
