"Wow, what an incredible slice of heaven. Feels like you’re a million miles away from civilization. Waking up to the sounds of the birds in the morning, dinner with Gregory (host) and sitting on the porch in the evening were highlights of the stay. "It was a little difficult to find, however we made it. Loved, Loved, did I mentioned that we Loved it there. So gracious host we so loved them, so very nice and caring people. We cried to leave this beautiful area. The gardener did not speak English but was so very friendly. We Loved the dog's they had, Rottweilers so so friendly, we got some treats to give them and they showed up every morning like they knew us forever. They came to visit us in the morning while we sat on the patio."

"Great property. This is an old, rambling house set like a grand matron in a beautiful park-like setting. The house is 'venerable', and in need of updates and cleaning. But it's rustic and open to nature. It's huge with 5 different bedrooms and lots of beds. About an hour away from SJ Airport, and downtown SJ, and some sites. But 3 or more hours away from major attractions. So great for large family/friends get togethers, but not necessarily for CR's touristy hot spots."

"Wow! What an absolutely perfect place to stay in the Orosi/Cartago area. The place was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. "We loved this property and I only wish we had more time. The host and the caretaker were responsive. Excellent bird watching in the mornings. Fresh guava to eat off the trees. We had two dinners at the farm next store and they were delicious! A lovely stay and my only wish is we had more time. Ricardo was super friendly and very helpful. A bit tricky to find but excellent directions. I hope to go back some day."

" This Hotel is a little Gem tucked away in the heart of the city but without the noise. Property was extremely clean, with all the necessities needed for a great stay. Room was perfect and they had a garden, a huge balcony on 3rd floor with vouchers, chairs, hammock that guest can use. They have a full kitchen that they also allow guest to use or cook if needed. The grounds were well kept and clean. Prices are very affordable. Check in was seamless with Maria and nothing requested was too much. All staffs were very accommodating. They provide coffee service in lobby each morning. We enjoyed our time there although too short. If you’re looking for affordable prices, a quiet place, superb service then this little Gem is ideal for your stay in Turrialba. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a phenomenal stay and the outstanding customer service that was provided by all staffs that we encountered during our stay."
