"There is a lack of work discipline. The air conditioning is not working. We informed the reception, but they could not help us. They keep saying they will turn it on next week and do not let us speak with someone in a higher position. The quality of the food is poor. There are many different restaurants, but unfortunately the quality is not good because the ingredients used are low quality."

A special mention to Alparslan (reception) for a smooth and welcoming arrival, and Murat, Sarik and Baris (waiters) who were all outstanding and consistently looked after us during our stay. The resort itself never felt overcrowded, with a real sense of space, privacy and exclusivity. It’s perfectly suited for families, managing to cater for our daughter while still maintaining a calm, luxury atmosphere for adults. Food quality was excellent across the board, and the overall facilities were maintained to a very high standard. Overall, one of the best resorts we’ve stayed in — a perfect balance of luxury, comfort and family-friendly service. We would definitely return."

"Relaxing family holiday in this beautiful hotel, staying in a garden suite which offered peace and tranquility, whilst being able to step out into the liveliness of the main communal areas. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, food was amazing and service in the garden suite/villa areas was especially good. Would highly recommend."
