HOUSE RULES:
To speed up and make check-in more enjoyable, so that you don't miss a minute of your stay, we will kindly ask you, a few days in advance, to provide us with some documents and data of each guest: photo of the identity document or passport, tax code (if present in your country), address, residence, citizenship and email address.
These data will be used only for the registration required by law in Italy.

Guests must:
- communicate their check-in time a few days before arrival
- contact the host about one hour before arrival
- the day before departure, communicate their check-out time.

We kindly ask you to turn off all lights every time you leave the accommodation.

Comfort and respect for the environment
Thanks to the excellent thermal insulation, the air conditioning system is set to a minimum of 22°C (ideal temperature to avoid using blankets and jumpers in summer: 24°C). This prevents technical failures and helps us protect the environment, avoiding energy waste.
To support our green philosophy, we kindly ask you to:
- turn off the air conditioners in unused rooms (e.g. in the living room at night).
- always turn them off when you leave. Don't worry, when you return the house will be refreshed in a few minutes!


Extra services on request during your stay (optional)
Costs are not included in the booking (24 or 48h notice):

- Staff exit (fixed fee): 20 €
- Complete cleaning of the accommodation: + 25 €
- Change of sheets (for bed or sofa bed): + 15 €
- Change of towels (per person): + 6 €

(The services can be combined with a single exit fee.E.g.: cleaning only = 45 €)


The apartment offers up to 6 beds and is configured for the use of the two double bedrooms for groups of up to 4 guests. Any opening of the sofa bed for requests for separate beds or additional guests requires a prior request and a dedicated supplement for extra linen.


The structure is managed in a self-catering formula. We provide an initial courtesy equipment (toilet paper, detergents, etc.) valid for the first few days. Being a tourist rental, there is no daily cleaning service or restocking of products during the stay.
