The property has two balconies: the first, which is accessible from the living room, is large and the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif with a view of the city. The second one, smaller and functional, is ideal to hang clothes once washed.
The apartment is located in a well-served area, the Massaua metro station is only 850m away, in the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, pharmacies and a wide range of stores to satisfy every request.
