Dear Sir Ronan, We are sorry to hear that your trip has been ruined, but we inform you that not only on Expedia does it specify that the reception is not manned 24 hours a day, we also have a telephone service (there is the number right on the front door and on reception desk too) who answers all the time and is ready to help in case of need. At checkout we asked you if your stay at our hotel was ok and you said yes, when you could tell us about that problem. We find your review very unfair, as we inform guests of the reception closing time and because we have an emergency number that you could have contact. Best regards

Gentile Daniela, Ringraziamo per aver recensito la nostra struttura. Tuttavia, desiderio informarla che su expedia è specificato l'orario di check-in e che la reception non è attiva h 24, dunque eravate a conoscenza della chiusura fin dal momento della prenotazione. Inoltre, sulla scrivania del ricevimento e sul portone d'ingresso vi è indicato un numero da contattare (attivo h 24!) in caso di necessità. E' dunque errato e fuorviante per i futuri Ospiti indicare che non si ha un contatto in caso di bisogno. Ci dispiace che abbia definito la struttura "vecchiotta" ma ad ogni modo stiamo eseguendo lavori di ristrutturazione poco a poco. Per la colazione mi dispiace che non sia stata di vostro gradimento, anche se è sempre apprezzata da tutti i ns Ospiti, che la definiscono fresca e di qualità.
