I was disappointed that the wifi didn't work. The man at the front desk lost his patience with me and offended me a little. He also forgot to give me back my passport when I paid before leaving. I had to go back and ask for it.

Shower broken. Room key needs to be left at the reception , which is fine, if we did not have to wait 15 min every time we came back at the hotel for the main door to be open. Disappointed

Mauvaise surprise

Lors de mon arrivée après 1000 kms dans le hall d’entrée de la crotte de chien ensuite le patron ne trouve pas notre chambre, j’avais demandé un parking à l’hôtel lors de ma réservation par téléphone avec l’opérateur surprise véhicule dans la rue, l’état général de l’hôtel à revoir résultat j’ai payé mais je ne suis pas resté dans cet endroit très vieillot et sale à fuir

とても親切な家族の経営するアットホームなホテルです。おじさんは英語がほとんど話せませんが、イタリア語の話せないアジア人の私にも笑顔で対応してくださりました。チェックインの時の若い男性は英語が話せました。朝食の時にはカプチーノを淹れてくれました。駅からは少し歩きますが、アメニティもハウスキーピングも完璧な素敵なホテルです。値段も安く、24H対応フロントで、とても満足です。
