Lovely old fashion hotel

Don’t expect a new modern hotel. But for the price it was perfect for me. The room wasn’t too small for ‘European city hotel’, bed was very comfortable and very cute old fashion design. Shower wasn’t great and I can imagine the AC not being enough for very hot periods. Staff was always welcoming and helpful. Location is great, breakfast wasn’t fantastic but good enough for something small before heading out.

Excellent location close to Porta Nuova station. My room had part of an old painting on the ceiling! Staff were very pleasant . Some might find the beds a bit firm, but they were good for my back. Pleasant lounge and continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Struttura a 2 passi dalla stazione . Personate pronto e gentile. Pulizie al TOP ...Condizionatore con Bassa manutenzione e bagno per persone come me XXXL non molto adeguato. La porta d'entrata alla camera non chiudeva molto bene .

Very close to Porta Nuova train station, only 2 mins walk. Great price for a hotel in this area. Renovation is a bit old, but still clean and fine. TV/Remote doesn't work during my stay.

L’emplacement est très bien, nous avons tout fait à pied, mais le chambres ne sont pas modernes comme sur la photo. Litterie moyenne. Mauvais Etat de la douchette, espace petit sans rideau ni vitre, on eclabousse tout le wc à coté. Parking payant à l’hotel, juste devant sur le trottoir, 15 par nuit. Pt dej correct.

Hotel in una posizione ottima, a 80 mt. Dalla stazione e a 15 minuti da piazza Castello, ottimamente servita dai mezzi di trasporto pubblico. Personale molto cortese, ma le condizioni ormai fatiscenti della stanza, e nonostante fossimo al 4° piano, gli infissi poco insonorizzati ci facevano pensare di essere al piano terra con le finestre aperte.

Worms and bugs!!!! And terrible service!!

Got in at midnight and upon entering I knew it would be a problem. The entrance is cluttered and dirty. Hallways are cluttered and dirty. There is a stench of mold as you walk to your room. Then not surprising there was a worm on our bed linens and towels. I refused to stay there for health concerns for me and my child. I switched hotel at 1 00am in the morning having to walk to neighbouring hotel. Then was charged for my stay!!!! Not acceptable to pay for a room which I did not stay in due to their cleaning standards! Owners are despicable!!! nobody should booked this horrible place!!!!
