"Hotel was ok. Looking a bit tired after having been here when it first opened about 9 years ago. Breakfast could be improved using local yoghurt & fresh fruit. The jetty was not manned whilst we were there. A few maintenance issues in room. Toilet roll holder loose, bathroom tap needs fixing, Wi-Fi very intermittent. Kettle, tea & coffe missing in rooms. For a 4 star hotel, these items are necessary. "

"Air conditioning did not work, so we had to leave our patio door open at night to keep room below 25degrees Celsius. As a result, very noisy. Bed had a huge sag in the middle and bedding is worn and rough. Rooms need major updates."

"All staff very friendly and helpful. Great location on the seawall. Some areas of the facility need a bit of maintenance but the place is very clean and the food was great."

"Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en berbat oteldi. Çarşaflar kokuyordu, banyo kokuyordu. Fiyata kahvaltı dahil olmasına rağmen kahvaltı verilmedi. Otelde sadece 1 kişi çalışıyordu onu da yerinde bulabilirseniz cevap alabiliyordunuz."

"After travelling as long as I did the last thing I needed was being kept awake to ll 0330 am as the noise from bar street was horrendous and the staff just didn’t want to know. The food was not very good and the bar only had Tourborg on tap and spirit wise Vodka, Gin and a very cheap Brandy. If this had been my first visit to Turgutries I would never go back again"
