"We loved the layout of the hotel and the art in each room, everywhere around the hotel and the gallery. It had beautiful views, a great pool and close to downtown Turgutreis."

"Hotel was ok. Looking a bit tired after having been here when it first opened about 9 years ago. Breakfast could be improved using local yoghurt & fresh fruit. The jetty was not manned whilst we were there. A few maintenance issues in room. Toilet roll holder loose, bathroom tap needs fixing, Wi-Fi very intermittent. Kettle, tea & coffe missing in rooms. For a 4 star hotel, these items are necessary. "

"Air conditioning did not work, so we had to leave our patio door open at night to keep room below 25degrees Celsius. As a result, very noisy. Bed had a huge sag in the middle and bedding is worn and rough. Rooms need major updates."

"Great hotel in a perfect location and staff is very helpful. The hotel looks new, rooms were modern and clean. I highly recommend to stay here as it will be hard to find a similar quality hotel in this price range. The marina, the beach, supermarkets are just steps away. I definitely plan to return. "

"Terrible stay. Miserable staff, no breakfast even though breakfast was listed as provided. Manager who couldn't speak a word of english almost wouldn't let me check in at 11pm as was told i had no reservation. Noisy as on the main road and loud music. Checked out after one night and went to Bodrum to a beautiful hotel for less money Dont bother staying here...."

"Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. Finally checked in to a suitable room 2 hours after arriving. Wasted most of my free time there as my stay was for...
