No ofrecieron desayuno a pesar de estar incluido en la tarifa. No entregaron la factura a tiempo. No tenían jabones en la habitación. Habitacion excesivamente pequeña para el costo. Me encontré una polilla en el baño. Ducha defectuosa, difícil de operar.

This hotel is well located but we could have find better for the same price. Our bedroom was uncomfortable and old. The bathroom needs renovation, no hair dryer. The hotel has a nice swimming area.

REPORTING OVERCHARGING PLEASE PASS ON TO RELEVANT

HOTEL TOOK TWO NIGHTS DIRECT FROM MY ACCOUNT, INSTEAD OF ONE AS THEY TOLD ME, AND THEN ASKED FOR PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING TWO NIGHTS WHICH I DID USING MY DEBIT CARD. IT IS PROBABLY AN ERROR SO CAN YOU SEE THAT IT IS RECTIFIED AND THE MONIES (INCLUDING BANK CHARGES INCURRED) REFUNDED INTO MY LLOYDS ACCOUNT. I AM STILL TRAVELLING BUT WILL SEND YOU THE RELEVANT BANK DOCUMENTS ON MY RETURN IF YOU NEED THEM.

lo bueno y lo malo

El hotel es de lo mas caro del pueblo. Tiene una zona húmeda excelente, piscina, sauna, gimnasio. Si el viajero la va a usar se justifica ir a este hotel. En cambio si no van a usar nada de eso resulta un hotel donde lo que se paga es demasiado para lo que se recibe. La habitación no fue linda, el baño sin duda era como para un hotel tres veces mas barato, la cama sí era muy comoda y la atencion de los empleados muy buena.

Good location!

I stayed two days with my husband. The hotel is a colonial house with interior plaza and garden. It is a lovely house. We enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony. That definitly nade the difference. The room was not big but sufficient. I would like better bathroom. It iis too dated. The hot water did not run continously. The power was not stable. You really feel that you have traveled 500 years back in time.

Beautiful property overall.

The check- in service let a lot to be desired. She was not very welcoming or attentive. The check- out service was amazing the young lady was very courteous and went out of her way to help us. t could have been cleaner, I booked the junior suite specifically because it had a Jacuzzi tub. But when I went to use it, it was dirty so I never got in. Was pretty gross

Bad luck.

We were given a room that had a bad smell and we were kindly moved into another room. Unfortunately the only available room was what seemed to be the oldest room in the hotel. Bathroom was old, some tiles were broken. We asked for a hairdryer and after finding the only one available for the whole hotel it wasn't working. Hotel in general is not bad but we didn't have the best experience, could be bad luck. Is really well located and free parking.

Este es un buen hotel 3 estrellas, al cual califico con 3.5 en general. Para una sola noche no está mal. Para una estadía mayor no lo recomendaría. Personalmente no lo volvería a tomar. Si bien es un hotel colonial, las habitaciones son muy viejas y están deterioradas. La cama y la lencería no son muy confortables. Para destacar del hotel su ubicación y la belleza de su jardín central y en general de sus zonas comunes. Además es un plus el parqueadero. El desayuno apenas normal. Villa de Leyva es un municipio donde la oferta gastronómica ha crecido enormemente y así mismo la calidad, por ello, uno esperaría que los restaurantes de los hoteles ofrecieran un desayuno muy bueno. A las habitaciones que quedan muy cerca al lobby y al restaurante les llega mucho ruido. Luego de las 10 p.m. Cierran la entrada y se debe llamar al timbre. Eso genera un ruido que llega hasta las habitaciones que mencioné. Por el mismo precio Villa de Leyva tiene mejores opciones.

Excelente ubicación y buenas instalaciones.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, está a una cuadra del parque principal / la plaza mayor. El servicio es bueno, el desayuno buffet muy agradable, al igual que sus instalaciones y tiene una buena zona húmeda para relajarse un rato después de las actividades del día. Otro punto a favor es que tiene un parqueadero amplio. Lastimosamente al check out nos estaban cobrando una tarifa superior que tocó ser aclarada. Hotel recomendado.

Nice hotel, great location, plenty of potential

Nice hotel, and so much potential, however it wasn't very clean. The hotel doesn't have a vacuum cleaner, they wipe everything with towels, including some broken glass on the floor. Streak marks everywhere, and there were hairs in the bed. Great style, location and facilities though, and aside from the night guard, helpful staff. Great breakfast, great check in and check out experience. Would stay again but hopefully they will have improved cleanliness a little by then.

Agradable experiencia

Tuvimos una experiencia agradable en el hotel. La zona de piscina, sauna, turco y masajes es muy recomendable, permanece disponible sin mayor asistencia de personas y se encuentra en condiciones muy buenas. Podrían mejorar el desayuno el cual es muy básico pero agradable. El horario del desayuno considero que es muy limitado (8:00 am a 10:00 am), generalmente otros hoteles tienen un horario un poco más amplio.

Unfortunately We Had No Hot Water On Our Second Day So I Had To Have A Conversation With The Reception That This Was A Hotel Not A Hostel & They Did Give Us A 10% Reduction On Our 2nd Night Room Rate ..... So That Was Acceptable! Other Than That The Staff Was Very Nice &Ch Breakfast Was Very Good

Our stay in Villa de Leyva

The room they gave us by hotels.com was downstairs, covered, not good. We complained and got a room upstairs with a balcony, nice view. Not much space.. but at least fresh air, light, a small veranda... Villa de Leyva is adorable. Location of the hotel was very good to walk everywhere. we really enjoyed our stay.
