Buena experiencia

Me gustaron las instalaciones. Buen servicoo. Me tocó en época de mosquitos (inicios de junio) pero ellos te dan insecticidas. Irse caminando a Villa de Leyva puede ser retador porque no hay andenes, ya que queda como a las afueras del pueblo.

We had a lovely stay! The property and restaurant were charming, including live music on the patio. The walk to the main plaza is about 12-15 minutes.

Daniela, la chica que nos atendió fue muy atenta, muy amable. El sitio es bonito, aunque está en remodelación y había bulla desde la mañana. Para mejorar, las camas son pequeñas e incómodas, no hay amenities en el baño, podrían poner toallas mejores y un teléfono para pedir servicio a la habitación. Para destacar, la pizzería, muy buena!

Lamentable

Lamentable, nos dejaron en una habitación pequeña, fea, cerca a la zona de servicio, con ruidos insoportables de lavadoras, calentadores, perros, con unas entradas de luz que no permitían oscuridad en la noche, con una cama ruidosa e incomoda, ducha imposible de graduar, hirviendo o helada, muy mala experiencia no descansamos ninguna de las dos noches que estuvimos allá.

Espectacular

Muy buen hotel, ubicado relativamente cerca del centro historico, recomendado llegar en carro particular o taxi en su defecto ya que el hotel se encuentra a las afueras de la villa. El hotel ofrece un ambiente super tranquilo, muy silencioso, ideal para descansar y pasar una excelente estadia en un ambiente familiar. Ademas, el hotel cuenta con amplias y comodas habitaciones y zonas verdes espectaculares

Good: room is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Kitchen is nice to have even if only to cut up some fruits or have a light breakfast in room. Owner Diana speaks great english if you need it. Bed is comfortable. Poor: shower does not drain, leaving large amounts of water, which made me worry about fungus or mold. Several dogs bark constantly until late at night. Workers started banging (construction) on the property starting at 7am. They were very concerned about getting money immediately upon arrival which is unusual for a hotel.

Super friendly staff

They need some few improvements, but as it was explained they are a small operation. The people running are super nice. We arrived at night so we were allowed to checked-in and out the next day so we could enjoy more time in the town. Slight confusion in the number of peoole in the reservation, but it was worked out and we were given an extra room so we were comfortable. A little outside of town so we drove. Beautiful setting and well taken care off. They left the lights on for us to turn off when we made it back.
