Imprisoned!
The defining factor in this stay was the fact that there was a problem with the key cards. If we left our rooms we couldn't get back in again. Very much imprisoned. This was communicated clearly with Reception. No action was taken that solved. I would not stay here again; being able to move freely in and out trumps other stuff like cleanliness and service.

Not happy stay
I am not happy at all. I will never return to this hotel again. It needs a lot of maintenance, the lift switch on the second floor is not working, and the picture frame is broken with a health risk. The restaurant has no list for room service and prices will be known once the food is ready.

Booked through Orbitz. I thought breakfast was included. I was told that breakfast is from 6 to 10 during checking in. I was asked to 32 TND for each person’s breakfast. They should have at least made it clear to me during checking or mention this in Orbitz page.

Good location but poor room service, and expensive
The hotel location was good and it was quite. However the room service was not good at all. I stayed 3 nights in the hotel. They only changed the towels the first day and didn’t clean the room, even the bed was barely made. My son ate bread and had crumbs in the floor everywhere, but they didn’t vacuum. The next day after the same level of cleaning, I complained. Someone came and apologize. The room was then cleaned, yet still the crumbs were in the floor. There was no swimming pool in the hotel, and no gym. For the price you pay, I was expecting better service and more facilities.

Waste of Time and Money to Stay At Paris Concorde
Being a Gold member in Hotels.com, this is probably the worst hotel I have ever booked through Hotels.com!!! The staff at the concierge was unhelpful and busy on the mobile phone using Facebook etc. The reception was arrogant and unfriendly. Breakfast was so mediocre. The room had no basic amenities like coffee and water. The water in the shower was hot/cold inconsistently. Overall a waste of money and time to stay there. Never again. The feeling we got was that the hotel was doing us a favor to allow us to stay there.

Too much for too little
I am familiar with the hotel from several stays. While it is a clean option with the basic amenities that you will need, in a part of town convenient to many embassies and offices, it falls short in a number of minor ways - when you add up the shortcomings, and compare that to the price, I just cannot recommend this option. Little things: no coffee/kettle in the room, bed not made one day (but minibar refilled, albeit alcohol-free), hot-cold water surge in shower, sketchy tv function, inconsistent provision of shampoo & conditioner and complimentary water... little stuff, but - at the price they are charging in that market, it's too much. Nice staff, though, usually.
