Beautiful clean swimming areas with swim up pool. Drinks pricy but taste amazing. About 20$ each so only drank there 1 night. Clean rooms and staff who didn’t mind coming late because we slept in a few days. If we visit Puerto Rico again will stay here. Close to Old San Juan and airport and Uber easy to use

The pools and water park were nice, so was Palomino island. However, when we arrived, our room was supposed to have 2 beds and a sofa bed. We only had one bed and a broken sofa bed. The staff was supposed to change our room, they never did. The last night, we didn’t have power in our room. The hotel was sold out and it took two hours for the hotel to find us another room. The power came on just as we were going to our other room. It was a huge inconvenience at 10pm at night with two little kids who were exhausted from the long day. The hotel offered us nothing during this difficult time, not even a bottle of water, let alone an apology for such a terrible experience. Overall, not a great experience, especially considering how much money we spent on the upgraded side of the property Las Casitas Village.
