Villa Almarez was originally built as a family home—a place to grow, gather, and share life together. As time went on and the children grew up and started their own lives, the home began a new chapter: welcoming families and groups coming to enjoy Tulum together.

We hope Villa Almarez feels like your home in Tulum—a place to relax, spend time together, celebrate special moments, and create beautiful memories with the people you love.

The villa is spread across three spacious levels.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the main living and dining areas, a beautiful suite with a king-size bed and a private bathroom featuring a bathtub, an outdoor dining area with a nearby half-bath, and the heart of the home: our private pool with an integrated jacuzzi and a fully equipped BBQ area—perfect for poolside meals, grilling, and spending time together.

On the ground floor, there is a second living room with a TV, three additional bedrooms, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for our guests’ convenience.

On the second floor, you’ll find our largest suite, featuring two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. This level also features a fully equipped private gym and a large open-air space designed to bring people together—perfect for yoga classes, celebrations, gatherings, weddings, and other special occasions.

**Exclusive Dining Benefits for Our Guests**.

As our guest, you’ll enjoy 15% off at several local restaurants we partner with, including La Consentida, Van Van, El Rápido, and El Galán.

El Galán is especially convenient, located right next door to the property, and offers Mexican and international cuisine, an air-conditioned dining area, billiards, a swimming pool, and a swim-up bar.

Your 15% guest discount is available whether you choose to dine at the restaurants or order delivery directly to the villa.

Once your reservation is confirmed, your host will be happy to share the restaurant menus with you and assist with reservations whenever needed.

**A few helpful details before your stay**:

• Complimentary housekeeping is provided every other day during your stay. If you prefer daily housekeeping, we’ll be happy to arrange it for an additional fee.

• Our pool is professionally cleaned three mornings a week to keep it in excellent condition. Our maintenance team has authorised access to the property, so you don’t need to be present. Please note that the pool and spa pool are not heated.

• Tap water in Tulum is not recommended for drinking or cooking. Don’t worry—purified drinking water is provided throughout your stay, so you’ll always have fresh water available.

**Air Conditioning & Door/Window Sensors**

Tulum enjoys warm weather most of the year, and we want to ensure the villa remains cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

The main doors and windows in the living areas and bedrooms are equipped with energy-saving sensors connected to the air conditioning system. If a door or window is left open, the AC in that area will automatically pause. Once all doors and windows are properly closed, the system will resume normal operation.

For the best cooling experience, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows fully closed whenever the air conditioning is in use.

We want every family and group to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay with us. That’s why we offer complimentary concierge assistance before and throughout your stay, helping you arrange additional services and experiences to make the most of your time in Tulum.

Our concierge assistance is complimentary; additional services and experiences are available at an extra cost depending on the provider and your group’s specific needs.

**Outside Vendors**
You’re also welcome to arrange outside services on your own. We simply ask that you let us know in advance if any outside vendors will be entering the property. Please keep in mind that guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or incidents related to independently hired services.

**Events & Gatherings**
Please note that events and larger gatherings of more than 12 guests require prior approval from the host.
