Nice place

In general very good, a really Nice place with friendly staff. The two last days, the cleaning team did not lock the door, so very unpleasant to find the door open and wide-open when coming home! The location was a little bit off, but no problems to walk during daylight and grab a taxi during night. Otherwise a very Nice place!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We reserved a residence with a plunge pool and had a great time. The room service was very fast (about 15 minutes) and we were very satisfied with the two pizzas we ordered. The only thing this place is missing is a gym for those looking to exercise. It is a little far from most restaurants and attractions so I would definitely recommend renting a car. Do not rely too much on Apple Maps because it will try to take you through roads that are still dirt with lots of bumps that can ruin your rental car. I would rather stay here than stay on the beach which is 3x more expensive for water you can’t even get into because of all the seaweed. We’ll definitely be coming back here if we visit Tulum again.

Boendet låg på andra sidan gatan om ett område som inte kändes tryggt på kvällen. Då vi hyrde cyklar, fick vi ta en längre väg hem från centrum för att cykelturen skulle kännas trygg. Hotellet ligger i ett område som är under utveckling och mycket kändes inte klart i området. Vi lämnade med en förvirrad känsla. Efter lite problem med incheckning fick vi en uppgradering som var väldigt trevligt. Vi uppskattade att få ett större rum, däremot gick poolen inte att använda då den inte var rengjord. Rummet var fräscht och fint möblerat, trivsamt. Sparsamt med utrustning i kök, fanns bland annat bara ett vinglas. Personalen var hjälpsam och gav bra rekommendationer, och hanterade frågor och problem vi hade.

The worst place to stay in Aldea Zama tulum , I pay for a room , they re have my recervacion even was already pay , the next day the light at the kitchen started licking, was very scared, the only thing they tell me was is I want free breakfast really , please don’t book here terrible service, don’t get fool by pictures, they also own other properties be careful, Rumba hospitality, you guys see don’t book 👀

Was arrived a little before check in and had to wait - understandable. The room was tiny, the giant mirror was lust leaning against the wall. The safe in the room did not work. The door separating us from the other room was very thin and we could hear every sound from the other room. Setting up the wifi took 4 trips back to the front desk. It was not close to the beach, ruins, or the town.
