Spend days on the beach or slip into your swimsuit to visit the complex's sparkling pool just downstairs or the infinity rooftop pool upstairs. It was easy to arrive and access the flat, and there’s an elevator which was helpful so we didn’t have to carry the bags up! There’s a few books there and one can take them home as long as we leave another back, good system!

This loft has everything you need for your Tulum/Mayan Riviera holiday: Good internet, fresh linens, TV, cozy pillows, coffee maker, 2 free bikes for guests… Located in a beautiful complex with on-site concierge, lovely grounds and two amazing pools! 5 STARS!!!

Our stay was absolute heaven. The apartment is nice, clean and has all the amenities you need (microwave, stove, fridge, coffemaker, TV, etc). The owner has two bikes that we used for free, great to move around and about! We are definitely coming back!

Our second stay at this great apartment! Clean, luxurious and comfortable. There is a morning and afternoon concierge who helped us book restaurants, a yoga class and a day trip to a cenote and cave, very helpful! Ask at reception!

Large, luxurious and spacious studio with a beautiful and large terrace. It is private and quiet, ideal for relaxing after those memorable and fun Tulum nights!! The AC was working perfectly and everything was more than perfect for a comfortable stay :) I will be definitely coming back!

Magical :)

My second stay in this fabulous unit. Breakfast in that big terrace is like having breakfast in the rainforest! I also love that this flat is on the quiet side of the building. A plus is that there is a concierge on site who helped me with restaurant recommendations, bike rentals and accessing the free spa and temazcal! Will book again!

A very cozy place!

Our stay at Zama, Miraluna condo was fantastic. The service provided by Carlos Alberto and Miguel was exceptional, they were very friendly and always willing to serve. The studio apartment was very cozy, very well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable and it was tastefully decorated. We also had access to two bicycles to ride around the center of Tulum and the beach. We definitely had a great time and would like to return. We highly recommend this place.

Awesome experience!

I was there with my wife looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation and this place definitely has all the elements for that. We managed to rest, away from the city movement. The host was always very attentive to us and helpful. I recommend this stay 100%

Beautiful and surrounded by construction

Let’s start with the worst: we arrived evening time after a long time in travel. We woke up to no power or wifi on the first morning. The whole building was out and we could not plan our day. Worse though, the power surge broke my laptop. It worked when I went to sleep, I plugged it in and I woke up to it broken. I was not able to do any of the work I had to do on my trip. And have a huge repair bill now to fix the laptop. According to a tulum repair shop the electrics in tulum are known for this. The building is surrounded by construction. I booked this space for the outdoor patio that I imagined we use and we could not use it in the day because of construction noise right outside. The evenings it was too filled with mosquitos. Next up we booked 2 beds (one for me, one for my teen son) but there were no sheets provided for the sofa bed the entire time we were there. We contacted Baba’s a through the Vrbo app as we have Canadian cell phones and could not call. We asked for them to be dropped off at front desk but nothing ever was. Also no kitchen towels or face cloths. The kitchen items are minimal. You definitely need a car as you are quite far from the beach and the town. The good- the apartment is as beautoful as the photos. The complex amenities are lovely - the downstairs pool was a great place to relax in the shade. And staff onsite at the security gate and front desk are very lovely and helpful but have nothing to do with vacasa who is the rental company.
