Beautiful 2BR Condo

This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Kids loved the private plunge pool & larger shared pools. Everything was true to the photos. Condo felt safe & secure. Property was beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home away from home!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The 2 bedroom 2 bath with a full kitchen made our stay very comfortable. The location is idea, with 2 grocery stores just down the road and easy access to shopping district, fantastic local eateries and a short drive to the beaches and Cenotes. We enjoyed both the private and community pool, the gym and the yoga studio. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Tulum!

Clean but Limited

This Town Home was clean but it was missing a lot of key things and there seems to be an issue with ants. The pool was nice but freezing water, there was big black army ants upstairs in the bedroom, I found one on the bed and thought we must have brought it in with our luggage then the next day I found mother one on the chair beside the bed then a found a number of them on the floor, we bought some bug spray and I sprayed them and the drain and we were lucky not to see anymore. Tiny ants in the kitchen as well only on the floor coming in from the sliding door, but once we spayed them they seemed to stop coming in. There is a BBQ but no BBQ utensils, we bought charcoal used to barbecue, but we have nothing to take the food off with, there was only one set of tongues. Lots of clean towels and extra clean sheets and extra clean and bagged extra pillows, but no hangers in the closet. No big cutting knifes, only one steak knife. No microwavable bowls no pans to cook in the oven. It was difficult we couldn’t cook on the barbecue and we had to put things in the oven on foil, no small pots, we couldn’t make rice on the stove with the couple of very large pots that they only had, and we could cook it in the microwave as we had no microwavable bowls. Need to have a car if you’re gonna stay here Location is about eight minutes. My car from Tulum community is very well. Kept it very quiet. The pool in the main area was clean and there is people at the gates to let you in and out are very nice, overall this is a nice place that needs some work on a few things.
