Casa Arco Luxury Private 4BR Villa
Completely new private villa with wide spaces and unique designs located in a new area of Tulum next to Veleta, just 8 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the hotel zone.
The villa is fully equipped, private parking with electric gate, outdoor gym area and indoor Jacuzzi, beautiful and large pool and high-speed fiber optic internet.
The space
Complete Villa with private parking for 2 cars with electric gate, 4 bedrooms with full bathroom and another full bathroom in the common area.
Spacious living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, terrace on the ground floor and upstairs with outdoor gym area, pool with different levels and outdoor dining area.
Guest access
The house is located next to La Veleta, 5 minutes from Holistika (yoga center) and Gypsea Market, 8 minutes from downtown and 15 from the hotel zone, you can rent scooters or bikes but we highly recommend having your own car for greater comfort.
Other things to note
The house has a security camera system on the outside of the property and an alarm system for greater security, another plus we have is that we offer the concierge service, once you reserve the villa the team will contact you to help and plan the trip, book any services you may need during your stay such as private chef, massages, in-villa yoga class, restaurant reservations, recommendations and more.
