Tulum is a magical and fast-growing destination, but it’s still developing, so occasional power outages or internet interruptions may happen from time to time and are outside of our control. Also, being surrounded by lush jungle witch means you might spot an occasional bug. That said, we’re always on top of things: if there’s any issue with essential services like electricity, water, or Wi-Fi, we’ll report it right away to the proper authorities and do everything we can to support a fast resolution.
