"A good location and good breakfast offer. Sachin who provided breakfast setvice was very efficient. Rajinder was very good in room service. Front of house was usually very efficient and professional. Made a slight error with my extension to my stay where checkout was not completed properly. I was told the bill was clear when it was not. I then got a surprise at my second checkout with a bill presented for the mini bar from the first booking, which I was told the bill was clear for. Towels are dated and could do with replacement. Room was well decorated and the TV and channel options were good. Would stay again when returning to Jalandhar in a few months."

"Our second time staying at this hotel and this stay exceeded our expectations. I was on a vacation to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite, decorated my room and left us a cake. Breakfast selection is very good. We ate at the hotel for Christmas Eve buffet, which was also very good. I would definitely recommend staying here and will also come back to stay at this hotel."
