The property was okay. My bathroom light came on and off several times during the night and my shower door got stuck and when it finally shut it made a horrible sound. Wifi did not work. The staff was so nice and i can say it was quiet there

Fun 4 nights!

The room was very nice and very big. Some of the items in the room were broken like one of the lamps. And we couldn’t lock the deadbolt because it wasn’t lined up properly. But the room was huge and the bed were very comfortable. All the workers in the hotel were very kind and polite and courteous. The breakfast was really delicious with a lot of choices. If we come to Tulsa again, we will definitely stay in this hotel

Would definitely stay again.

We’ve been traveling cross country and staying in hotels along the way. Springhill was clean and spacious. Only negative was sounds from hallway and next room.

Our room ended up having bedbugs and our whole family has bites all over their bodies. The staff was friendly and let us wash/dry our clothes in their laundry facilities for free. They gave us a new room and allowed us to stay longer to ensure we weren’t bringing the bedbugs to the next location. They also said they’d credit us a free stay, but haven’t checked our account to see if that happened. One big reason we chose the hotel was the indoor pool and it was unavailable.
