How many people does the house sleep?
The house comfortably sleeps 8 people. We cap occupancy at 8 to preserve the comfort and experience we designed the space around.

What is the layout of the house?
One king and one queen bedroom on the main floor with a walk-in shower and double vanity. On the second floor, there's one king bedroom and a bunk room with full-size beds, plus a full bathroom with a tub and double vanity.

Is there free parking?
Yes! The driveway fits 4 cars, and the street offers parking for 2 more.

Are kids welcome?
Absolutely! This is a family-friendly rental. We designed the bunk room and its play area with kids in mind. Additional kid equipment on hand: pack n play, high chair, baby gate, baby monitor, kids' dinnerware, and toys to play with!

What is the Wi-Fi speed?
Super-fast 1 Gig internet and a dedicated workspace so you can be as productive as you need.

Is the area quiet and residential?
Yes, the home is in a quiet and well-established area.

Is there a washing machine and dryer?
Yes, a full-size washing machine and dryer are available for guest use, along with several complimentary detergent "pods".

Is the kitchen fully stocked (pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.)?
Yes, there is dishware for 20 people, serving ware, high-end stainless steel pots and pans, a coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, and blender. There is bakeware, mixing bowls, a knife set, and kitchen utensils.

Is self check-in available?
Yes! After you fill out all forms, we'll send a door code for self check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.

A car is the easiest way to get around Tulsa, especially if you want to see more than one part of town. The house is close to major roads and I-44, so Midtown, city centre, Brookside, restaurants, shopping, and most attractions are a short drive.
Uber and Lyft are available if you’d rather not drive for dinners or nights out. Public transit exists, but is limited.
