"The Mayo hotel is a wonderful stay in downtown Tulsa, with great onsite restaurants and bars. Too bad their beds and pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. I spoke to one of the managers about the bedding - let's see if they do anything about it."
"The staff was fine but the pool and spa were not working and when we walked by to get to our room, we could see the nasty water sitting there.
We went out to breakfast as the food did not look eatable. The sausage was gray in color and the eggs looked like they were sitting in water. I didn’t look any further.
The room was clean but old and dated. The switch cover didn’t properly fit in the wall exposing the area behind it.
The shower was cold, water didn’t get hot."
"The lobby area and casino had a strong smell of cigarettes, but I was relieved that the hallway
to our room and the room itself smelled just fine. The room was attractive, the bathroom had new fixtures and was very clean, and the water pressure was great. With a storm on the way we were glad we could park in the parking structure and walk inside to our room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. "
"The pools hours online show open until 10pm however, they had a typed up sign over the actual sign saying it closed at 8pm. The breakfast options were minimal. The closet doors were broken. There was no way to control or set a temp to the "
"The hotel was in immaculate condition. My room was fantastic. The problem occurred when the person who added one day to my stay canceled the Expedia arrangement so my bill was twice what it should have been. I got it corrected, but it took three days."
