The hotel smelled of cigarettes and fabulouso the lady working the counter had someone come spray air freshener in the room and it was just the cleaner fabulouso one of the beds had blankets with cigarette burns in them

No power

The hotel had lost power during recent storms, and for some reason y’all still let me book it. Pulled in at 1am to no power had to back track to another town and find another room.

The place was dirty and as you walked down the hall you could smell urine. The bed had stained sheets and a old dirty looking blanket. This is supposed to be an iconic hotel on Route 66, but it was an embarrassment to the Mother Road.

The room supposedly was just cleaned and there was mold in the air conditioner and a dirty q-tip laying on the table. Will NEVER recommend this place at all. The pictures on the add is very deceiving!

This place is nasty.

Cops were called because of druggies. Stained sheets and towels. Tv did work. Had to sleep with lights on. People fighting and screaming. It was the worse I have ever stayed at. Because the the prior storms, all the good hotels were booked. I will sleep in my pickup before ever staying there again.

Hotel for junkies!

The pictures are only of the lobby for a reason. The hallways and rooms are absolutely disgusting. No pillows in the room. Microwave in the bathroom. Found a pipe to smoke marijuana behind the dresser. went down to the front desk to check on getting pillows because there’s no phone in the room to call down. And was told they had no pillows. And this was acceptable to them. There was no way I was staying there after that. Now I have to fight to get my money back. worst hotel ever

The room floors were dirty, the mirror has most of a lipstick message on it. The rooms stunk because there is smoking in room. No towels in room, nor are rhey provided when asked. No cable. Room mini fridge broken amd stinks. Stains on walls. No door latch on bathroom door. My friend in other rooms had a non working toilet and no bathroom door. Would not had stayed if another hotel uad been affordable and available that night.
