Comfortable, clean and modern hotel

I had a comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa. It was quiet, very clean, with a great breakfast and lovely spacious lobby. Overall a great stay. The only negative feedback I have is the hotel receptionist was on the phone when I was trying to check out and she never once acknowledged my presence. I stood there for a few minutes and finally, decided to put my luggage in my truck and come back. She was still on the phone when I came back, but managed to let me know that she would send me my receipt by email. Hotel staff are a reflection of the hotel and the Hilton brand. Don't forget to treat your customers as you would like to be treated.

There was a tornado warning during the stay and staff were helpful by showing the shelter in place area and keeping everyone updated.

We were moving across country and had our truck full and our boat with us, it was nice that we felt secure due to the fact that there is a police officer patrolling the parking lots at night. Very nice place to stay.

Love this hotel and the staff. Very friendly and take excellent care of this property. Kids love it here, too. We come every March to visit the Gathering Place from Edmond.

Very happy with our room. We booked the room with more room to move around with a walker or wheelchair. Walk in shower was wonderful and extra room between the beds to fit a walker. Staff at check in was wonderful and helpful and sever/bartender on the lounge was awesome

Staff at the front desk supper friendly. Not a fan of the Breakfast to expensive for what you get at other hotels that’s complementary would be different if fresh cooked breakfast. Go eat at a restaurant for better food.

Nice stay - would have been excellent if not for..

Overall great place to stay. Clean and wonderful atmosphere. The one and only disappointment - the beds/pillows were not comfortable. The expectation with nice accommodations such as this is that the mattresses and pillows provided will mean a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately that was not the case which is a shame because other than that the stay was quite nice.

I prepaid for the booking using OneKey cash but the hotel charged me for the room when they swiped my card for incidentals. I was told the pending charge would go away but it posted to my account while my receipt from the hotel reflects the fact that I prepaid through Expedia. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel to discuss the issue and refund the charge.
