"We were so excited about staying downtown Tulsa for our nieces wedding. Our first nights stay was fantastic, & I told my husband we would never be staying anywhere else when we came back on our yearly visit to OK but that changed the last night of our visit. We decided to stay a third night (previously booked for only 2 nights) to be with our family longer. I walked in on Saturday night & asked the front desk if it was okay to add another night to our stay. They said no problem, book again on Expedia & we will add your 3rd night. I asked if we could stay in the room & the response was “sure no problem, I’ll make note of that if you call me when you rebook on Expedia.” I go up to my room & immediately rebook & call her. Great, we’re good to go! Wrong. We get a call Saturday while we’re with our family that we only see once a year & are told that checkout was at 11 & that we need to get our stuff. My husband explains that we’re staying an extra night, to not worry about cleaning our room. Long story short, the person who called him was EXTREMELY unprofessional & completely rude & got very snippy with my husband for no reason. We had just did what we were told, rebooked & called! It finally figured out but the things they said they’d comp for the inconvenience, they absolutely didn’t. I’m so disappointed in our stay. We never leave a bad review but they made a joyous weekend very stressful in one phone call. We’ll stay at a Marriott next time we’re in town!"
