Overall condition of property was poor. Most disturbing was the floor wasn’t vacuumed at all. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast bar was just coffee.

It’s an affordable bed and shower if you’re passing through. There’s a dive beer adjacent to the property which is convenient for relaxing before going to bed.

Had a smoking room. King right beside the club. Terrible experience. Was relocated to non-smoking area. A little bit better. Whole building seemed moldy. No breakfast. Im kind of glad because there were gnats everywhere.

AFTER ALL THAT, I WAS OKAY WITH THE CLEANLINESS AND LOCATION. DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY. NEW ROOM WAS BETTER...BUT TV REMOTE WOULD NOT WORK. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE RIGHT UP. 20 MINUTES LATER I WENT TO THE DESK AND TOLD THEM I WAS NOT STAYING AND I LEFT.

Its your typical room, small but efficient. Not expecting top tier but it was comfortable. The double bed is a full size bed. If you do not like the smell of cigarettes, this is not the place for you to be at... Other than that i enjoyed my stay

The front entrance was clean and smells good. Guy at service desk was very nice and friendly. Walking to our room got dirtier when we arrived it smells like cigarettes and animals. Our room had dirty floors. Pillows were yellow, towels were old. The bed was the worse. Not very comfortable. Did not sleep well. I have stay at hotels this price and had better rooms/beds.

Not so good, dusty smelling sheets squeeky bed, no lghtbulbs no addional usable securty chane to lock the door, no chair, no hangers, fridge afraid to open not plugged in. Didnt risk a shower, no cup to drink from .., a plus the heater worked and was quiet. No breakfast only coffee, $100. For 7 hr stay. AND THEY CHARGED ADDITIONAL $50.00 Security deposit, senior citizen. Military veteran i should have gone someplace else, but i was there for a conference at the Mabee

Not worth it

My husband and I stayed here for the convenience of being close to the casino. While the desk staff were very friendly, the hotel smells like mildew in the hallway and in our room. There was a dirty washcloth hanging from our shower curtain. The blanket on our bed had a burn mark.

Room was big and clean. Had to call the front desk to get a remote for the TV. Had to program remote to get TV to turn on. Would only turn off and on. Channels wouldn’t come up and nothing else worked on it. Just turned it off and gave up. Most of the lights in the room didn’t work. A floor lamp had been added and the bathrooms original lights didn’t work but you could see another set of lights had been wired in. No coffee maker in room but did have a microwave oven, fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The room was quiet and desk staff were friendly.

Stay away.

It was the worst place I’ve ever seen. We checked out immediately. I tried to get a refund they refused. I’m not one for fancy I just need clean and good decent bed. There were bugs on the ceiling, deadbolts on the bathroom door, cigarette burns on the sheets, stains on all bedding and mattresses and floors, the plug ins have never not once even been wiped down. We had bites from our 15 minutes in there. Just don’t do it.

So unsatisfactory

The only thing positive that I can say is the front desk agent has the best customer service. Other than that there was a water leak under the sink the room was sweltering hot like a sauna with the window up there was no shower curtain and the toilet did not flush properly. Requested a late check out he gave me 30 minutes at no cost I wouldn't advise anyone rent this place until they do a major upgrading overhaul also there is no breakfast

Got What I Paid For

I chose the cheapest hotel I could find for 1 night because some work was being done in my apartment unexpectedly. I got exactly what I paid for. The place was clean, just extremely old. I had to walk through the smoking section to get to my room in the non-smoking section and that was VERY disappointing. And of course the smoke does not STAY in the non-smoking areas, it travels. The TV remote did not work. May have needed batteries. So I attempted to watch a movie on my laptop but the internet signal was not strong enough to stream. There were no hangers in the closet. The blanket and comforter had several cigarette burns in the non-smoking room. Overall I was very disappointed but again, I went the cheap route and got exactly what I paid for.

Avoid at all cost

Worst stay ever. The best thing about it was the people were very friendly at check-in and check out. But the room was horrible. We went to a concert and then the casino and didn’t get back until almost 2 o’clock in the morning or we would have left to find another place to stay. There was no phone, TV did not work, most lights did not work, horrible conglomeration of things plugged into an extension cord, and they still didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work, bathroom was filthy, no extra toilet paper, no, tissues and the holder was rusty, baseboards were filthy, air conditioner controls were filthy as was the air conditioner. There were no outlets except over by the sink that we were able to get to and those looked horrible, terribly unsafe place to stay, just pray that there weren’t bedbugs.

Everyone's view of "bad" can be so different, but in this case, everyone was spot on. I honestly am not sure how some people liked the stay here. The smell really was terrible (I don't know about getting sick over it, but some people are more sensitive than others). We had a crack the width of our bathtub that was covered with an anti-slip mat, but you had to avoid that area as it felt as though it was going to cave in. We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds however they were double mattresses on top of a queen base. The place was very old and I don't think any amount of cleaning could make it better. We had another family with us that said they found a used joint in their room. To not be all bad, the front desk guy was nice and the water pressure in the shower was good. Oh, but the walls really are paper thin and I could hear a group of folks come in after a fun night out. Oh, and the "light" breakfast was non existent. Well, I did see some coffee set out in the lobby, but even if there was breakfast available I would have chosen to skip it due to the condition of everything else I saw. Honestly, take the advice of the majority of reviews and skip this place.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

Not a good experience

Very disappointed in this hotel. Checkin was fine and the desk attendant was friendly. We asked where breakfast would be served because the website said a light breakfast was included. The only “breakfast” offered was coffee, which neither of us drink.The room was large and included a kitchenette which we didn’t use except for the refrigerator, which wasn’t super cold even on the coldest setting. The beds were comfortable and clean. The curtains didn’t fit the windows properly. There was mold on the walls and shower curtain. The shower was good, except it sprayed out on the floor and we weren’t able to adjust the nozzle to stop it. We put a towel down to clean up the water and found that the floor was filthy because of what the white towel looked like after we mopped up the water. There was a holder for a hair dryer, just no hair dryer. There is a pot store and a bar connected to the hotel. There were several workers there doing renovations to the hotel and grounds, so maybe things are going to get better. However, we won’t be staying here again.

Good if you cant afford better-wish I'd known

Pros: staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is affordable and close to everything I needed. The bed was nicely made and clean. Its a hard bed so that depends on your preference. I liked it, my husband didn't. Plenty of pillows. Cox cable is provided. Cons: I used to work housekeeping when i was 18 so I look for certain things. There wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper, no kleenex in the container, the bath mat was either incredibly stained or dirty. There was a chunk of hair behind the bathroom door. The carpet needs steam cleaned. Coffee for only one person and only one coffee cup. The room was hot. Just a suggestion, if someone has reserved a room in advance i would assign them a room and turn on the air in the summer or heat in the winter so its ready. No wash clothes or hand towels. We had two regular towels to shower with but nothing extra to dry our hands on after washing them. No extra soap to wash our hands with. No extra room chairs to sit in, only the bed. It does not look like the pictures. There is a bar and weed shop connected to it.
