honestly this hotel is kind of a dump... It looks ok from the outside but inside its not great. the bathroom was dirty there was hair on the wall in the bathroom the floor was dirty. The bed is pretty big and comfortable..... but the craziest part is I came back from my event tonight and tried to watch TV, there were no batteries in the remote and the power supply was missing. The girl from the hotel took forever trying to get it to work and it never worked so basically I have no TV available in my room.... this place is kinda terrible.

This was by far the worst stay ever!!! The rooms were filthy. The hotel reeked of cigarettes, urine, and marijuana!!! I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room myself! I had to buy towels bc the towels in the room were dirty! The room was infested with ants and when I told them they said it was nothing they could do! I don’t recommend staying here at all!

It was a wonderful 1 night stay. The only negative was that they had no milk for cereal.

The bed was adequate. There was black hair in the bathtub and stuck to the shower curtain. No soap in bathroom just several bottles of shampoo. The hallway carpet and stairwells were filthy and littered with trash. The elevator was broken. Sticky handrails in stairwells. Back door at bottom of stairwell was propped open with a rock so poor security. Would not recommend this hotel.

Nice stay

It was conveniently located. The room was nice and spacious. The manager just took over the property and was incredibly nice and helpful. They have breakfast every morning and every employee I met was always nice. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by if you’re on vacation and an indoor pool to enjoy.

This is a pleasant business class hotel. It’s a clean & pleasant atmosphere but not a lot of frills. I would stay with them again. The facility is conveniently located and easy to get in & out of.

The front desk gave other guest access to our room, thankfully we were there at the time. Very unsettling knowing they werent paying attention and tried to double book our room. Also, had to go out to my car during the middle of the night and they had locked the outside door to get back in with no information posted that i was locked. I had to call and tell them I was stuck outside they picked up the phone only to hang up on me. I had to call another family memeber to come down and let me back in. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

Fix key problem

The stay was ok,but y'all need to fix y'all's key problem it's bad,and guest was smoking poy on the 2nd for and elevator. Staff was informed but we will see will not stay there again

The hotel was overbooked, we booked 2 queens and had to have a king and roll away bed. The roll away bed was gross but we covered it with sheets and blankets and my son said very uncomfortable. The floor had sticky spots and the blankets had dirty spots on them.

There was a fan blowing in the hallway like they were trying to dry the carpet. We had our granddaughter with us and the key cards wouldn't unlock the door to the pool. She was very disappointed. The person at the front desk was very apologetic and tried everything to get the locks to work. I felt sorry for her even though it wasn't her fault.

Dirty, smelly, walls had blood and old food on them, hotel system was down so we didn’t have keys to room - had to get hotel manager to walk with us to open room every time we needed in, there was a fire at 6 am in the hotel kitchen, fire alarms, no breakfast, tv was not working… overall just really really bad and gross experience.
