Welcome to the Grazy Girl House! Step back in time and embrace the funky charm of our 125-year-old historical home! Immerse yourself in a beautiful Victorian home where vintage meets vibrant colors & eclectic design. Offering a stay that's as unique as it is unforgettable. Book your experience today and enjoy your relaxing rental with splashes of history, vintage charm and fun! Thoughtfully designed to bring you joy in every room. We are also an event venue so guests often enjoy birthdays and events here along with an overnight. Parties and events that exceed the limit of overnight guest or guests that don’t stay the night must be approved by Brittni prior to booked date. An additional fee of $100.00 per hour will be added for number of hours parties and events are held. Early access and late check out is usually available if needed upon request prior to booked date and additional fee will be added for time needed. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO FOOD UPSTAIRS. NO CONFETTI.

Pretty Pink Palace

Had my birthday dinner celebration here. It’s in a convenient area in a main-street Broken Arrow is walking distance to local restaurants. The host is kind and made sure we had everything we need. This property is truly stunning and looks better in person.

Great for our daughters bridal shower!

We wanted something fun and girly for our daughters small bridal shower and the house was perfect for that! I didn’t have to do any decorating other than our food table as the house is already decorated! Plenty of open space to accommodate everyone and there was even random utensils that I forgot to bring but found in the cabinets. Only a block and a half away to the Rose district for food and shopping!

Ladies trip

Our ladies loved the pink everything. It was as described. Host was great with communication. She even suggested a great place to eat. We enjoyed our trip. Girls want to go back next year. The only thing that was awkward was the only shower was in an upstairs bedroom’s bathroom. So everyone had to go through their room. Good thing we are close like that.

Charming & Pink

Great communication with the host and easy checkin. She even brought extra blankets for us. We had a great time having my daughter’s 11th birthday party sleepover here. Loved all the cute girly touches. Something to remember when booking is that this is an old house so it will not be perfect but it has lots of character. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with 2 of them being very roomy. And enough for us to add extra air mattresses for all the girls. Would definitely stay here again or book a party here.

Perfect venue!

This rental was absolutely perfect for what we needed! I was looking for a venue to host my daughter's Sweet Sixteen birthday party while also accommodating a few out-of-town guests, and it was difficult to find a house that allowed events. I was thrilled to find this one! Not only did it meet our needs, but the setup was perfect for the party and matched our theme beautifully.The host was fantastic—communicative and helpful, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything and even offering assistance with decorations, catering, and more. The house itself is adorable and in a great location, within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in the Rose District.I highly recommend this place, whether you're looking for a charming venue or a cute, convenient stay in downtown Broken Arrow!

This place was STUNNING, I absolutely loved the vintage style and it had plenty of room to move around and hangout. My friends and I had a lot of fun here and everything was stocked up and clean. Brittni was super helpful and gave detailed instructions. I would definitely book here again!

The house looks pretty from outside, however it is not confortable, from the dinning room chairs with wholes in the seats, no microwave, expired seasoning in side the fridge, no even creamer and sugar to use in our 2 k cups of coffee in the morning. The doors through out the house didn’t close, not even the one at the shower, certainly not worth almost 400 a night
