This is an incredible opportunity to live in private luxury, instead of just staying in a hotel.

Imagine drinking your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from a balcony that overlooks Tulsa. Four of the five bedrooms as well as the living and dining areas get the first orange glow of the morning light and a breathtaking view of the sunrise. If you are not a morning person you may become one. This estate is not located in a neighborhood, but has 3 acres of gated privacy with the convenience of being at 85th and Sheridan. This is in the heart of south Tulsa so you have access to everything from Restaurants, Malls and Casinos to Movie Theaters, Aquarium and Museums within a 10 minute drive.

Need more convincing? Really? How about your own Private Outdoor Heated Swimming pool, or your own private pond with Gazebo, or your own Basket Ball court, or your own Movie theater room with 150 inch screen and 7.1 state of the art Surround Sound system (XBOX also hooked up to the theater). The Heated pool is open year long but the water can only be warm as long as the overnight temperatures remain over 45 degrees, which is usually from March 15th to November 1st. If it is snowing on March 15th the pool will be open but the heater will not be able to keep the water at 85 degrees because physics.

Great Family Time

The home had all the bedrooms we needed and bathrooms were sufficient. The theatre room was enjoyed by the young kiddos and the projector in the master bedroom was a nice surprise. We all had a lovely time.

A Christmas to Remember!!!

The house was perfect for our family Christmas SLUMBER party. The owner met us for a walk through prior to our visit. The home provided us with the space to celebrate and enjoy each other. The owner was accommodating and at any time our concerns were addressed. This truly was a Christmas to remember.

Could be lovely. Needs upkeep. And a thorough cleaning. Grounds were trashy. Lots of loose railings, non functioning outlets, missing pieces etc. the advertised grill was rusted and full of trash. The refrigerator had enough mildew that the butter compartment door was stuck. Lots of mildew and mold in corners of bathrooms. Floors were chipped and looked dirty. Supplies were few. Had to buy paper towels, dishwasher detergent pots and pans had peeling teflon and unsafe to use. Bridge to pool was broken. But the location was great and it’s a very cool house. It really only has 5 bedrooms, not 7. The other 2 are just offices with a fold out couch

Large Family Christmas

We had a great time! Plenty of space (6 families- 19 people). Loved that there were big tables for all to eat together. LOVED having the fire place and porches to sit around and visit. Had such a fun Grinch Night and wrapped it up watching the movie up in the theater room with popcorn. Kids had a lot of fun down on the basketball court too. Could have used a few more blankets/ bedding ( for sofa beds) and we had to be creative in the kitchen to get some things done but we did get everything prepared! We would love to go back when we could use the pool and the grill!! We had a wonderful time!

The property was very spacious giving a large number of people plenty of space!

We have a large family and we easily fit into the home with plenty of space for freedom to have fun together and quiet time alone. We set up a volleyball net, played plenty of basketball, went swimming a lot, and went to a water park 10 minutes a way, Mall 10 minutes away, & groceries 2 minutes away. Everything was right there BUT It felt like we were completely sucluded from town! The view was beautiful from the second floor patio and it was great rocking on the front porch patio chairs! Minor issues with upkeep but owner was more then willing to address anything necessary.

Definitely not a luxury property.

It started off bad before we ever arrived, i had to reach out to the owner 3 times to get the door code to get in. We had to wait hours after check-in for the house to be cleaned and bedding changed. Then they left wet laundry in the dryer so I spent my time folding laundry so we could wash the sheets I had to buy. I had to go buy sheets for the beds because what was there was not fitted to any bed and would not stay in place. Kitchen lacking basic tools. The main lights in the kitchen didn't work, and the refrigerator had broken pieces so the door ice and water didn't work as designed and the oven was out. Furniture was broken or in bad shape. Hand rail on stairs and outside balcony falling off, very unsafe. Overall the house is dark and dirty. I will not stay here again and I recommend the owner take it off VRBO and do ALOT of work. It is WAY over priced for what it is.

Family Christmas

We had to delay Christmas this year and needed a central location to meet. Eight adults and six children (ages 10 to 15). Number and size of bedrooms was perfect for us, need six bedrooms. Lots of open space on ground floor, children enjoyed the pond and paddle boat. Close to mall and restaurants. The bunkbeds need repair some screws missing and it is wabble. What a cool place!

Just as described only better. This mansion was overkill for our family of four but wanted a cool place to relax and it did not disappoint! It’s an older house so you have to expect a few imperfections but overall one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The kids loved it from top to bottom. The theater room was the big hit for sure! Nothing like watching some Christmas movies on a massive 150” projector! Will stay again if ever back in Tulsa! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great location, needs a lot of work

The house is beautiful and it accommodated my 15 family members. It is located in a great area where everything is within minutes away. The owner and property manager were very nice and made sure that the items that we had issues with were addressed. One issue we had is that the house is in need of ALOT of repair, but those things did not hinder anything. Other then that, we enjoyed it and would stay again.

Golf Getaway

Huge House

This is a big house! We enjoyed our stay. I was expecting a tv in the master bedroom but there wasn’t one. The pool is very deep so if you have small kids keep an eye on them in that area. There were some areas that could’ve been a little cleaner but the property manager did work with us on the arrangements for payment. Overall we would consider staying at the columns mansion again. Oh and we love the paddle boat wish there was two of those…

Beautiful House but with Quirks

The house is beautiful. The owner is very quick to respond and amazing! Pool was great for all ages! Theater room was a huge hit!!!! On the quirky side- Only half of the outlets work in the house, which was inconvenient as we were getting ready for a wedding and cooking meals daily. A pullout bed was broken but we just made a bed on the floor for the kids. Overall a great house for a lot of people.

Excellent Accommodations!

We had a wonderful time at this property celebrating a family birthday. Everything was ready for our family and extended family to move in for the weekend. We especially enjoyed the theater room, basketball court, ping pong table and arcade games. This beautiful and spacious home has stunning views of South Tulsa at night. The owner was swift to reply to any of our needs. If we ever have a large family gathering again, we would not hesitate to reserve this home again.

Everything was fine except that there were almost no towels in the house. The listing also mentioned 2 bunk beds (4 individual beds) that weren’t actually in the house so a few of our group slept on the floor.

Great Place!

If you are looking for a place to get your large family together with enough epace for everyone, this is it! We had a few hickups, but the owner was very responsive and eager to resolve them. A tipsheet to use the fancy microwave would be good😀 We spend great family time with our 7 children, 4 of them.have spouses, and our 9 grands between 4 and 16 years old .
