Given wrong room, and had to move to correct room. Heat wasn’t working and kept blowing cold air and it was 27 degrees outside! No soap. Had to use body wash for hand soap. Bed was very uncomfortable

Room was a no. Smoking room but the blanket on the bed had cigarette burns in it. The knob on the bathroom sink faucet came off. The breakfast was good and the employees were amazing.
