When you purposely book hotel for a hot tub and find it simply isn’t open is a little upsetting. Better wording for description is needed. Also not user friendly room, no easily accessible unused plugs by bed for something like cpap machine or phone charger. "

"The staff and check-in process was great. We arrived late at night and she was kind and helpful. The room smelled like cigarettes and the smoke detector was missing with wires hanging out of the ceiling. The TV didn’t work. The mattress was comfortable. Light from outside does shine through the closed curtains. Overall it was fine and well worth the price paid."
