"Hotels.com says that the rooms have a balcony, but none of the rooms in this hotel have a balcony. I asked for a high floor and a great view, but they gave us a room with no view. I asked to change rooms under threat of changing hotels, and they changed us to one with a view. Spacious room, nice bathroom, clean. Free parking, quick check-in."

"The girl who checked us in was rude! No heat in the room. When asked, told it's too early The sauna we had been looking forward to, wasn't working When we came down for dinner, we asked the woman who was working the front desk if we could get a space heater, she happily got us one. The girl from earlier was standing there. The gentleman who was working in the on site Cafe was wonderful! He made us hot soup - just what we needed. We were sopping wet. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options....

"Booked this hotel as it is near the port where i was joining a cruise ship. The staff were excellent, and the hotel was fabulous. I booked this hotel because of the great amenities advertised, however there was no transparency on additional costs, the Pool and Spa cost €25 for an hour and a half, you can only use one coffee capsule then you have to pay for further ones … not great. "
