Clean, spacious, comfortable. Great views. Swimming Pool and fitness room with free weights. Good value for the price. Staff was super helpful, professional, and polite. walking distance to a few eateries, cafes, and mini-marts. Would stay again. 5/5

While staff is nice and helpful and I was credited for with amenities. The first night they didn’t have a room for me. Secondly the wifi connection was very very slow and not consistent. The old manager Manny ran a great hotel but he is no longer there so this must be the problem. They need find a qualified manager to run the hotel.

Baitong means "green" in Khmer and that truly shows in this hotel/resort. The pictures you see of the Forest Garden Pool is way better in ́person.
The staff is great, very nice and polite.
I booked the Terrace Garden View, I liked it but I think I should have booked the Pool View instead. I did like the privacy of the terrace, but the room is hidden behind the forest and that is all the view. Still a great room!
The buffet breakfast was good. I like the egg station and the noodle soup station. The buffet is a mix of Khmer/Asian/Western options.
Location of the hotel is also ideal, very near Independence Monument.
Overall I highly recommend.
