Welcome to your desert getaway! This cozy 2nd floor townhome offers 2 spacious bedrooms & a fully equipped kitchen-perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy the oversized sectional and 85 inch smart TV. Soak up the sunshine at the 2 unheated community pool just steps away! 5 mins to SJ Hospital & 5 mins to TMC. 10 mins to Saguaro National Park, Tanque Verde Falls, Ventana Canyon Trails, Redington Pass, Aqua Caliente Park & 30 min drive to Mt. Lemmon.

There are four townhomes per building. Laundry is shared with the other three units in the building.
