Great place to stay. Clean room and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was okay if you like waffles and muffins everyday. They are located next to a restaurant with a great breakfast buffet.

The staff was great at check in. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the security lock was hanging broken, the sink had beard shavings in it, the bathtub was dirty and had a cockroach scuttling around the edge, the coffee machine was dirty. Why not ask for another room? I had a feeling they were all similar and there are no refunds as the check in lady told me so hike down the long dirty hallway and try again wasnt really what i felt like doing at 9 p.m. The bed sheets seemed to be clean at least. Would have been a one star except for the staff lady, maybe she should be in charge of cleaning too.

Booked and paid for a king bed room, upon arrival was told no kings, only queen available, ended up with two beds. One bedspread stained. Overall the room was clean and well equipped. Door sticky and hard to open. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

Although unable to cancel my reservation, I took the loss and secured lodging elsewhere. The Room was very run down, in disrepair and not clean, staff didn’t require ID or any minimum of security for check in. Excess hall traffic and Noise, people loitering outside my ground level exterior door.I selected the property due to it’s proximity to Gem and Mineral show venues, but I had no idea I would literally surrounded by vendors who had rented adjacent rooms to set up shop and do business out of

Friendly Staff

This was just a sleep and shower stay on a roadtrip from SFO to Tampa. We pulled in at 9:00pm, had a quick bite at the diner next door, showered, and went to sleep. We left at 5:45am and the staff let us fill up our coffee mugs and grab some breakfast to-go items before the breakfast was open at 6am.
