Overall, the house is comfortable. However, it does not present like a typical vacation rental property. Linens are haphazardly thrown in closets many of them on the floor. I had to search for linens for the third bedroom where my grandson was staying.There are a lot of personal items of the owners all through the house. We found 2 unsecured containers of prescription medication‘s just left in a drawer. The house needs some updating. There are three pocket doors that should be replaced. Just getting in and out of those rooms required manipulation every time. The sliding glass door leading to the backyard did not lock. They put two wooden dowels in the runner, but if they weren’t placed exactly right, the door would just open. We rented the house to have a pool for our kids, knowing that it was going to be warm in Tucson. The pool pump was not working. So there was no water circulating. There was no net to clear out the debris that fell into the pool. I believe the owner knew that the pool wasn’t working prior to us checking in. Since we rented a house with a pool, we should’ve been notified and given the option of finding a different place. It was 104 in Tucson this past week. The kids did not want to go into the pool because it was so dirty. With no water circulating, I had no idea on the water quality.
