Beautiful, rustic, cozy escape in a quiet cul-de-sac. This two story, two bed, 1 bath townhouse is close to restaurants, yoga studios, hiking, dog parks, golf courses, gyms, shopping, grocery stores, family entertainment. Minutes away from Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Monument East. This charming little getaway is secluded, yet close to everything. The perfect place to escape.

The reason I love this house and it's location, is the fact that it's right in the middle of everything, but it's located in a quiet cul-de-sac that back up to a wash, a golf course, and a quiet back side of a parking lot. It's close and convenient to everything. The best of both worlds! The other unique characteristic of this property if that it sits on 52 acres of land that has almost 800 beautiful, lush trees, including pine trees, and grass.

Great location and space!

My two friends and I very much enjoyed our stay. This was a perfect home away from home in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. We were sad it was too cold to swim but plan on booking again in the warmer months!

Evin was the perfect host. She was available to promptly answer questions but wasn't intrusive. She more than generously stocked the kitchen and other supplies.Appliances were all high-quality. The townhouse is lovely. Some might find the only bath being on the upper floor to be inconvenient but it wasn't an issue for us. Having the pool nearby was great. We would gladly return.

Darling town home. Walkable to just about anything you could possibly want. Very nice neighbors. Nice pool.
