King master bedroom with bath and huge walk in closet, Queen 2nd bedroom with bath and all on the first floor with no steps. Gated community right on the River Walk with 2 pools with hot tub, and a Fitness center. Within walking distance the several restaurants, Trader Joe's and a weekly farmers market at St. Phillips plaza. Within minutes to World class golf , Sabino Canyon, La Incantada shopping and Dining and minutes to downtown.

Fantastic getaway in a desirable location!

This was the perfect location for our winter hiking vacation! The condo is located near a number of great hiking trails and strolling along the river walk in the evenings was a wonderful bonus. The property is clean and outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. Working with Trena was a pleasure; she was very responsive and friendly!

What we wanted

Its adjacency to the river path was a primary attraction for us. We were here for eight weeks. Very comfortable. Very impressed with the quickness and effectiveness of the owner's responses to our question and needs. We strongly recommend it!

breaking up the winter

Location was excellent (on Loop, near enough to shopping, quiet). The locked gates are a problem and all (pedestrian as well as vehicle) should be digital if possible. Minor issues with the condo itself can be relayed directly to owner and not here.

Cute, comfy & clean condo! Great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at Trena's condo. Check in was super easy and Trena was gracious to let me check in a little early. The condo was just as pictured-very cute. I slept so well in the very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for meal prep. I didn't do much cooking though since there are many great restaurants for take out within a few miles. The condo is in a great location--so close to grocery stores, restaurants, & shopping. If you are looking for a great stay in Tucson, this place is for you!

Highly Recommend

This rental is really nice in every way. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a very nice covered porch, well equipped with all you need for dishwasher, laundry, cooking. The location is great - right on the Rillito River pathway and convenient to midtown. Once nice thing is that the entrance on Hacienda del Sol Road has a stop light onto very busy River Road, so access both left and right is not a problem (River Road has become a mini-expressway and left turns can make you wait a long time and be risky with all the traffic). Trena is a super owner, very responsive to calls and messages. The unit is in a large gated condo complex, seems to be fairly new construction. First floor is a big plus - no having to haul baggage and groceries up the stairs. It was very quiet when we were there, no problems with noisy neighbors. As former residents of Tucson, we try to get back every winter to visit friends and old stomping grounds and this will be our first choice for future visits.
