Recently remodeled with new kitchen and bathroom, refinished floors, new paint, new mattresses, sheets and towels. But we kept the vintage touches that make this unique bungalow special.
This is a duplex, so there is a shared washer and dryer and shared wall with neighbor. But you have a separate entrance and no shared indoor space.
For larger groups, You can rent the home next door, which is also a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Both back doors face a shared courtyard (which has the washer and dryer).
