Charming home in the center of Tucson! This cozy home sit on a large desert lot, outdoor sitting areas and all the appeal of a Tucson casita.
A short drive away from downtown & UofA. Located in 'mid-town', just blocks away from groceries stores, shopping areas, golf, tennis, and plenty of Tucson's attractions.
The kitchen has all the basic amenities or choose any one of the multitudes of restaurants that are within a couple of miles of the house.
In winter, relax in the cozy living room with a glass of wine after a day of hiking at Sabino Canyon, playing golf at nearby Randolf Golf course or watching a spectacular Arizona sunset.
In the summer, enjoy the summer rates and cooler desert nights on the charming patio.

Gem show stay
The place was as listed. It was oringally book for myself and my mom. It was good space for the two of us. It ended up that just one of us ended up staying, which was still good space. The bedrooms were a good size as was the bathroom. Kitchen had everything either of us needed. There is a laundry available as well. The yard was nice and it was nice to have the gate/fence. Would be a nice yard to hang out in during warmer weather or with children. The check in process was smooth and easy. We were kept updated with new codes and Wi-Fi changes. Owner was pretty responsive via text. Biggest qualms were that the hot water in the shower (and sometimes bathroom sink) took quite a long time to warm up and doesn't really get hot, it's like lukewarm. Also the heating to the home takes a long time to warm up as well. We went in February so the nights in Tucson are a little cool. When the home finally warms up it's nice, the temperature stays warm overnight if you can get the Nest figured out. Overall would stay again and would recommend

.My cat and I needed a low maintenance private dwelling where we could compose ourselves before we moved into our forever home.Kelly and her family were the " PURRFEC'T"combination of Friendly and Low Profile..We wanted for nothing and there was enough closet space and stored to get our belongings washed and organized!Location was perfect for our needs and got walk to everything we needed most days .Thanks Again!

We had a very nice stay here. The house was clean and centrally located. Kelli was very helpful with any questions. It had a nice secured yard for our dog and a park close by to take her to. The neighborhood seemed very safe.

Tucson vacation
In spite of the C-virus epidemic, we had a great time at this residence in Tucson. We enjoyed events at the zoo, a nearby Mediterranean restaurant, and walks in the neighborhood as well as at various desert parks. Although it's a "down town" site, the traffic noise was nimimal and didn't bother us at all. Our host was easy to contact when we had a few questions.
