Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance Notice

- To help keep the pool and hot tub clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests, professional pool service is scheduled every Thursday.

- Please do not turn off the pool pump at any time. The pool's cleaning system and circulation rely on the pump to operate properly. Turning it off can affect water quality and may prevent the automatic pool cleaner from functioning correctly.



🏊 Spa Heating Only:

The pool is not heated.

The hot tub can be heated upon request at $30 per day.



💧Hot Tub Settings:

The hot tub is guest-adjustable with a maximum temperature of 103°F for safety. Detailed instructions will be provided on the day of check-in.



💡Please also note that the spa light is currently not functional, but the spa itself is fully operational and ready to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home and all of its amenities. Inside, you’re welcome to enjoy the spacious living areas, kitchen, dining space, and bedrooms. The game area with table tennis and air hockey is all yours to enjoy.



Outside, you’ll have private access to the backyard, including the pool (not heated), hot tub, and plenty of seating areas to relax and gather. Every part of the home is set up for your comfort, so you can make the most of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This home is nestled in the desirable Casas Adobes area of Tucson, known for its quiet charm, desert scenery, and beautiful mountain views. You’ll be just minutes away from some of Tucson’s best golf, trails, and local dining, making it the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.



Getting Around:

⛳ Golf lovers will enjoy being only a 5–7 minute drive from the Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa, home to two championship courses, a spa, and dining options.

🚴‍♂️ For biking and walking, the Chuck Huckelberry Loop and Cañada del Oro River Park Trail are both within 10 minutes, offering scenic paths with mountain views.

🌵 Nature enthusiasts can explore Tohono Chul Park (about a 10–12 minute drive), a botanical garden and desert preserve filled with trails and art.

⚠️ Hot Tub Maintenance Notice 6/18/26

The hot tub is currently experiencing a circulation issue and is awaiting inspection by a repair technician. While the pool remains fully operational and available for guest use, the hot tub may not heat or function properly during your stay.

A service appointment has been scheduled, and we are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.



🦎 Wildlife Disclaimer

This home is nestled in the desert near the mountains, so it’s normal to see local wildlife like insects, lizards, snakes, or small animals. Please keep a respectful distance—they usually pass through without issue. If wildlife ever feels like an immediate concern (near the pool, patio, or entryways), reach out to us right away and we’ll assist!



📌 Fence Note: A section of the property fence has pre‑existing damage, and repairs are in progress. Because of the desert surroundings, occasional sightings of wildlife—including javelinas—may occur near the fence line. They typically don’t approach guests or enter occupied spaces, but we encourage you to stay aware, avoid feeding or approaching them, and supervise children outdoors at all times.



📬 Mail & Package Disclaimer:

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines regarding mail and deliveries during your stay:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.



🚨 Important Note – No Pets Allowed

This home maintains a strict pet‑free environment to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 fine. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Summers here can be intense! The AC system is designed to keep the home comfortable, but during extreme heat it may take longer to cool. Thank you for conserving energy and for your understanding.
