"I did not get the cleaning ladys name but we were having problems to find the elevator. I ask the lady that was cleaning the bottom floor where the elevator was and she was so kind to show me where it was at. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to help me out. My room was very nice and clean. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you"

"The property was beautiful. The lodgings were very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The Sonoran Spa was lovely and I would recommend their spa services. We also took advantage of the Tattered Saddle company providing trail rides on site. It was a wonderful weekend- just wish it was longer!!"

"There was a strong smell in the room (like old abandoned cabin or rotten wood). We used some air odor fresheners to contrast the smell. Other than that, the stay was pretty much straight forward. "

"Rooms large but outdated, rust in bathtub, dresser drawer linings stained and old, dresser old and dinged up, tv options minimal and not modern, few plugs easy to access to charge electronics, power outlets that didn’t work. Pool had only one recliner that was also old. No video in gym. Staff helpful but facility could use a facelift."
