1 bed 1 bath 850 sq ft detached guest house adjacent to main house. Vizio Smart TV. New Queen Purple Mattress. New air mattress for additional guests. Respectful dogs and horses welcomed. All animals must be up to date on vaccines, please have records available. NO SMOKING in or around any structures on site. Wifi is 95% reliable due to location so please have a hotspot backup if necessary. Discount to traveling nurses and working medical professionals. Please message for details.

There is room on the property to accommodate trailer parking as well as a 50A plug in at additional rates. This is a rural location - 5+ acres with wildlife so please beware. 3 brand new horse stalls available for use as well. Less than 2 miles from Saguaro National Monument East - horseback ride, hike, etc. No dishwasher. New BBQ. Big back yard. Located near B&B Cactus Farm on Speedway.

These are 3+ acre lots - not in the city this is in the county so you will see wildlife. No noise.
Please note this is a guest house on the same property as the main house. The guest house yard shares a fence with the main yard and pool area so please be aware of the lack of privacy between yards. See photos for reference. There is plenty of parking and trailer parking.

There is a guard German Shepherd dog on site in secured yard that shares a fence with the casita yard. 3 nice covered horse stalls available as well as a 50A plug in with water and a sewer dump on site. Respectful and obedient pets accepted.
Wifi is not 100% reliable due to location so please have a hotspot backup if necessary. Cox has at least one outage a month.
There are no cameras on the guest house. There is a camera on the corner of the main house that does have a view of the parking area.

A serene and quiet location

Very quiet and private spot but not far from anything you might want to do. Restaurants, shopping, desert or mountain outdoor activities are all new a nearby. Or just stay here and relax.

Great host

Had a nice stay on our first visit to Tucson. The property is very nicely situated out on the edge of the desert wilderness, very close to desert trails but also still close to civilization. The host was extremely accommodating, as we had a problem with our incoming flight which caused to arrive a day late. This was obviously very frustrating and disappointing, and our host Jessica really helped us out by refunding us for the day we missed. Jessica was also communicative and supportive.

Perfect

We can’t think of anything that we would change about this beautiful, peaceful property. The cottage is roomy and immaculate. It is on the eastern end of Tucson and country enough to give us stunning starry nights, great darkness and quiet for sleep in a wonderfully comfortable bed, fabulous access to excellent hiking and still just a very short Uber drive to go to restaurants and brew pubs. We hiked evert day of the month we stayed there so were grateful for the washer and dryer that were part of our rental! The shower was great. We found the kitchen to be perfectly equipped for our needs. We had no problems with the internet or tv reception. We will miss the beautiful view, privacy, gardens and wildlife. Jessica was kind, informative and responded immediately to the few questions we had. Perfect!
