Unique & spacious house with boat docks in Tuckerton beach, NJ

  • Come enjoy at this unique overwater house in Tuckerton Beach. Rear deck overlooking the bay offering exceptional waterfront Tuckerton bay views. The new dock offers unlimited opportunities for boating, jet ski, fishing, crabbing and all water sports and activities. First floor offers full bathroom, small living room and 2 bedrooms, one of bedroom has own private waterfront patio. 2nd floor offers kitchen, diner room, 1/2 bathroom, living room with door leading out to 2nd patio.
    Tuckerton Beach has a fishing pier and playground down at South Green Street( 2 mins walking from the house). Walking distance to two restaurants: one with a bar and live music on the weekends and one that can also be accessed by boat(207ft from the house ). Tuckerton beach is a fun, family-friendly, safe neighborhood with great neighbors.

    Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount(including security deposit).

    FYI, No monthly rental during PEAK-Season(May-September)!

    Please be sure to read over terms & conditions and make sure that everyone in your party is aware of the rules and rental agreement.
