With 4 spacious bedrooms and a variety of sleeping options—including a king bed with a Nectar mattress, queen bed, twin beds, bunk bed, futon in a private sunroom, rollaway twin, and a child bed—everyone will find their ideal spot to relax. High-quality linens, pillows, and seasonal blankets are provided for your comfort.
Enjoy two full bathrooms, each equipped with towels, refreshing showers and hair dryers.
Step outside to experience the ultimate outdoor living: three decks, a paver patio, a large yard, a brand new gas grill, and a firepit with plenty of seating and dining areas. For recreation, we provide two bay-rated angler kayaks, two paddle boards, two children’s kayaks, beach chairs, towels, five bikes with helmets, rackets, and life jackets—everything you need for fun on land or water. Boating enthusiasts will love the two 20' floating docks with direct lagoon access to the Great Bay—bring your boat and make the most of your stay!

Leave all used towels on the floor in the downstairs bathroom, hang wet towels if possible.
Scrape the grill after last use, turn off gas.

No trash in the yard!
