"My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The room was spotless and the one issue that arose during our stay was addressed by an amazing staff almost immediately. This is a wedding focused hotel, so it's quaint and very well maintained. It was also very close to the Sapporo TV tower and Odori park, which made it a perfect base for getting around the city.."

"Very nice, clean and modern hotel.
The rooms were spacious, was nice to have somewhere that we could put the luggage away, and the bed was very comfy. The pillows were rather firm but that is quite normal in Japan. The only downside was the small bathroom, but we managed and the shower pressure was excellent.
We didn’t use the public baths as we both have tattoos so unable to comment on those. However, we did use the washing machines and found the cycles quick even when using the dryer. Note that there is no change machine in the laundry and the machines only take 100 yen coins.
Access to Sapporo station was easy both underground and on ground level. The underground passage to the station was very useful on our last day as the snowed.
While a little away from the main sights of Sapporo, they are no further than a 30 minutes walk and we enjoyed seeing the city when walking to the different locations.
We would happily stay here again and recommend others to do so!"
